PRIVATE DINING

 

Our main dining room and lounge are first come first serve. Ordering occurs at the counter, but don’t let that fool you, our food is just as delicious, if not more so, than any sit down fine dining joint in the area. We have big plans for our private dining room, which of course include you. We’re making this space available for your special evening, company meetings or parties. We will also host our own specific events that highlight the talents of our chef Jason Johnston. Whether it’s our event or your event, we have the capability to offer a wide range of exquisite foods, from juicy steaks, seafood, Italian or any of your favorite ethnic food, we got it.

Chef Jason brings 30+ years of culinary expertise to Ballston Local. He most recently served as Executive Chef for the MGM National Harbor, overseeing the entire eating and dining operations. Prior to National Harbor he was the Executive Sous Chef at the luxurious Bellagio resort in Las Vegas.

Prior to joining MGM Resorts International, Chef Johnston has served as Executive Chef for renowned luxury hotels including Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, CA and the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, A Thompson Hotel in Los Angeles, CA and Executive Sous Chef at The Pierre, An Iconic Taj Hotel in New York City.
